General Questions


- Are these items official?
Yes! Excluding cosplay outfits and wigs, we only stock official items. This is because cosplays are not sold officially.

- Do you import from japan?
Most of our items are sourced from Japan, but due to the second hand nature of some items, some are sourced from different places in the world. That being said, the majority of our items originate from Japan. 

- I can't find an item I'm looking for. Do you do custom orders?
Yes we do - shoot us a DM on instagram and we'll be happy to help you with a custom order!

- My Voicebank will not activate. What should I do?
If this occurs and you are unable to activate your product through the Vocaloid activation programme (provided with the voicebank) Please contact either Yamaha or Crypton Future Media's customer service. They will be able to reset the activations for you. Should this not work, please contact us and we will find a solution.


Shipping information

- Can I return my order?
Yes - Please contact us. As long as the item has not been damaged, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Please ship back to us within 7 days - Please be aware we cannot cover return postage cost.

When will my order arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on where you are ordering from. Please keep in mind after the package leaves our hands we have no control over it until it reaches you.

Once shipped:
UK: 1-3 business days
Europe: 5-8 business days
International 7-14 business days
Custom Fees
Custom fees vary depending on your country. This must be payed by the customer if it is requested.
Before making an order, please double check to ensure you are aware of any customs fees should you encounter them. Returned packages due to unpaid fees will not have the postage cost refunded - only the items value.
